Monarch Industrial Products are distributors of Rocket bag type absolute rated filter cartridges – a pleated bag-style element that drops directly into standard restrainer baskets as a high-performance alternative to conventional filter bags. Using a unique pleated structure, each cartridge offers up to four times the effective filter area of a standard bag, providing higher flow rates, longer service life and reduced maintenance costs.

Rocket absolute cartridges use a four-layer melt-blown filter media with efficiencies up to 99.9%, available in polypropylene, polyester and fibre glass / polypropylene combinations to cover a wide range of chemical and temperature requirements. Retention ratings from 1–25 μm, sizes 01 and 02 (Ø178 × 350 / 700 mm) and maximum flow rates up to 25 m³/h (Size 01) and 50 m³/h (Size 02) make them ideal for demanding applications such as automotive degreasing and washing fluids, steel emulsions, membrane pre-filtration, process cooling water, granular and coal-water slurries, desalination processes and machinery cutting fluids. A conical cap seal and beato-welded polypropylene/polyester seal ring ensure secure seating and reliable sealing in compatible housings.
