Spacer Flange Rings are manufactured in Australia by Monarch for use after temporary cone, basket or plate strainers are removed from a pipeline. In many start-up and commissioning installations, the temporary strainer creates a stand-off or gap between mating flanges. Our spacer flange rings are designed to fill this gap so the line can be reassembled correctly once the temporary strainer is no longer required. Units can be supplied to suit customer flange standards, thickness requirements and materials, helping maintain correct flange spacing during the changeover from commissioning to normal operation.
Monarch can manufacture spacer flange rings to suit temporary cone strainers, plate strainers and other commissioning spool arrangements used in industrial pipework.
