Monarch Industrial Products supplies a versatile range of Nylon Monofilament (NMO series) filter bags designed for precise surface filtration where sharp particle cut-off and clean, reusable media are required. Manufactured from heat-stabilised nylon monofilament mesh, these bags efficiently remove solid particles larger than the rated pore size and are ideal for applications such as automotive coating and degreasing systems, cutting fluids, resins, chemicals, solvents, recycled water and many other process liquids.

Available in standard Sizes 01–04 with retention ratings from 5–1250 µm, NMO filter bags offer high flow capacity and low pressure drop. Customers can choose from welded polypropylene seal rings (various styles) or sewn stainless steel snap rings to suit most industry-standard bag filter housings. The mesh is free from crater-forming substances (such as silicones), features reinforced side seams to minimise bypass on finer ratings, and can operate at temperatures up to 170 °C, making Nylon Monofilament filter bags a reliable choice for demanding surface filtration duties.
