The 2.5" DOE String Wound Filter Cartridge is a proven, cost-effective solution for removing suspended particulate from liquids in domestic and light commercial filtration systems. Compact and easy to install, it helps reduce fine sediment and debris such as sand, silt, rust, and scale, protecting downstream equipment and improving water quality.

Manufactured from polypropylene string roving wound onto a slotted polypropylene core for added strength, the cartridge is wound in a precise pattern to maximise surface area. This depth-filtration design delivers high dirt-holding capacity with minimal pressure drop, providing reliable, consistent performance over a long service life.
