Monarch Industrial Products supplies a comprehensive range of polypropylene needle felt filter bags in both fully welded and sewn constructions to suit most industry-standard bag filter housings. These economical, high-performance bags are designed for use in automotive coating systems, electrophoretic paint and plating, lubricating and hydraulic oils, chemicals, inks, edible oils and juices, solvents, water and many other liquid applications.

Our polypropylene filter bags are available as classic sewn designs with a stainless steel snap ring, as well as fully welded bags with plastic seal rings that provide bypass-free sealing in compatible housings. Both styles are produced from crater-free media (silicone-free) with a singed downstream surface to minimise fibre migration and ensure clean filtrate. Offered in sizes 01–04 with nominal ratings from 1–200 µm and maximum operating temperature up to 90 °C, they provide reliable, cost-effective filtration performance across a wide range of process duties.
