Monarch Industrial Products also offers polyester needle felt filter bags in both sewn and fully welded styles for applications requiring higher temperature resistance and robust chemical performance. These bags are suitable for a wide range of industrial liquids including automotive and industrial coatings, electrophoretic painting and plating, lubricating and hydraulic oils, chemicals, inks, solvents, water and many other process fluids.

Polyester filter bags are available as industry-standard sewn bags with stainless steel snap rings, as well as fully welded bags with moulded plastic seal rings for secure, bypass-free sealing. Manufactured from silicone-free needle felt with a singed downstream surface to reduce fibre shedding, they are offered in sizes 01–04 with nominal ratings from 1–200 µm and a maximum operating temperature up to 140 °C. This combination of construction options and performance makes polyester filter bags an excellent choice for demanding filtration duties where durability, cleanliness and consistent results are essential.
