Monarch Industrial Products also offers Extended Life (Long Life) polyester needle felt filter bags in a fully welded construction for applications requiring higher temperature capability and robust chemical performance. The optimised depth structure and increased thickness of the long-life polyester media extend bag lifetime by approximately two to five times compared with standard filter bags, supporting longer run times and fewer change-outs in critical process lines.

PEXL series Extended Life polyester bags are supplied with welded plastic seal rings for accurate, bypass-free sealing in compatible housings. The downstream surface is singed to minimise fibre release, delivering cleaner filtrate and protecting downstream equipment. Available in Sizes 01 and 02 with retention ratings from 1–100 µm and a maximum operating temperature below 140 °C, these bags are ideal for higher-temperature automotive and industrial coatings, electrophoretic paint and plating, lubricating and hydraulic oils, chemicals, solvents, amines, edible oils, syrups, water and many other process liquids.
