Liquid Displacement Balloons
Liquid Displacement Balloons or Evacuation Balloons are placed inside the filter bag or basket during operation. The purpose is to minimise the amount of residual liquid present in the filter media and reduces potential product loss.
This assists the operator in the changing of the filter media and reduces or eliminates the need for expensive pressure-aided draining systems.
The 316 SS balloons are available in four types and in sizes #01, #02, #03 and #04.
Available to suit original ISP-GAF, Hayward-GAF and current Eaton-GAF Filter vessels and many other brands.
Type A Evacuation Balloon

Type M Evacuation Balloon
Top Ring Support with integrated bag hold down for Multi Bag Housings Size 01 and 02.
Type T Evacuation Balloon
Free floating Balloon with T handle for Single and Multi Bag Housings Size 01, 02, 03 and 04.
Type U Evacuation Balloon
Free floating Ballon with Loop handle for Single and Multi Bag Housings Size 01, 02, 03 and 04.
