removal needs of the paint and coating industry. They feature a multi-layer construction for high efficiencies. Construction materials

LOFCLEAR Oil Removal
Polypropylene Meltblown with SENTINEL Ring
The following LOFCLEAR bags were developed for the filtration of coatings in the automotive industry. These bags securely remove silicone oil and other crater causing substances traces from coatings while allowing pigments to pass through. LCR-118/128 are designed for e-coat applications at flow-rates no higher than 45 gpm/size 01 and 90 gpm/size02. LCR-118/129 are designed for ecoat applications with higher flow rates up to 60 gpm/size 01 and 120 gpm/size 02. LCR-130 extended life bags are designed for extra absorption capacity and high amounts of oil at 90 gpm/size 02. LCR-135 bags deliver high removal of particulate and oils from clear coat where pigment removal is not an issue, flow-rate 30 gpm/size 02.
LOFCLEAR 500 series
Polypropylene Meltblown with SENTINEL Ring
Constructed with a patented, all welded multi-pleated design for high efficiency and long life. The combination of a pleated prefiltration layer and a complex design of final filtration layers removes difficult to filter gels and deformable particles while still providing high dirt holding capacity. An outer mesh covering eliminates downstream fiber migration. Series 500 filter bags have filtration efficiencies from 95% to 99% with dirt holding capacities of over 2 pounds.
